The Rohn 25G needed guy wires. Since we weren't going to pour deadmen, we innovated. The wire rope was wrapped around a big rock and then additional rocks were "glued" on with some concrete.

We ran out of time to finish the mechanical work on the enclosure before it had to ship. So metal work was conducted on top of the mountain with a cordless drill and grinder. All of the gray spray paint is a zinc rich paint called "cold galvanize". It prevents rusting.

The tower raising jack blew an o-ring. We couldn't feed oil to it faster than it would leak out. The gravel is improvised kitty litter to soak up all of the spilled hydraulic oil.

The lower electronics panel is mostly power electronics, power distribution, and control relays.

The 72 volt turbine and wind sensors come into this box. Inside are a sensor input module, turbine frequency pickup, barometer, and turbine stop switch. The arm to the right will eventually hold a temperature and relative humidity sensor. All cables are taped or clamped to the tower to prevent them from being whipped around by the wind.
