We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express over the phone or through e-mail or personal and corporate checks and money orders in the mail. For our international customers we are also willing to accept Western Union. For larger orders we can accept a wire transfer, however banking fees may apply.

After seven problem free years with PayPal, we have finally been burned by PayPal. It appears we are not alone. APRS World no longer accepts payment through PayPal, and we encourage you not to use it either. This change was unexpected, so we are temporarily caught without an online ordering system. We are working hard to resolve this and get a new shopping cart system in place as soon as possible.

APRS World is located in Minnesota so sales tax applies to some in-state orders. Minnesota has a sales tax exemption for renewable energy equipment so we will not collect tax on our wind monitoring products. All other taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. For export shipments we must mark the full value of the package; please don't ask us to do otherwise.

Our usual lead time is one week before shipping. This is because many of our products are built-to-order. For an additional 10% charge plus shipping we can usually ship your order sooner. This charge is necessary because expediting orders disrupts our work flow, which costs us more.
