Introduction:

Many applications require only a single anemometer or wind vane mounted on a mast or pole. For this type of application the mast adapter is available. The adapter is machined from solid 316ss bar stock for strength and corrosion resistance. The adapter has a 0.5” O.D. sensor mount on one end and a female 1.0” NPT thread on the other. This allows the use of standard pipe and pipe fittings to install the sensor. The overall length of the mast adapter is 6.0” and the 0.5” O.D. sensor mount section is 3.0”. The outside surfaces are polished to a mirror finish.
